Hunar is being developed as a social marketplace for independent brands, makers, artists and creative businesses.
The full Hunar marketplace has not yet launched through this website. These terms therefore apply only to the services and functionality currently made available through the pre-launch website, including the waitlist.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or join the waitlist.
Using the website
You may use the Hunar website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
Information about Hunar's future features, launch plans or functionality is provided for informational and pre-launch purposes and may change as development continues.
Joining the waitlist
When you join the Hunar waitlist, you provide an email address and request to receive communications about Hunar.
You should provide an email address that you are authorized to use and that you can access.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Hunar product, early access, a particular position, a particular launch date or any specific feature or benefit.
Waitlist positions, where displayed, are generated from the current waitlist records and may not represent a permanent entitlement or guarantee of launch priority.
Fayvel Technologies may modify, pause or discontinue the waitlist at any time.
Communications
If you join the waitlist, Fayvel Technologies may contact you using the email address you provided for purposes related to Hunar.
These communications may include information about the launch, product development, access to Hunar, important service information and relevant Hunar updates.
If you no longer want to receive waitlist communications, you may contact us at info@withhunar.com and request removal from the waitlist.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Hunar website, including its original branding, name, visual identity, written content, graphics, layouts and design elements, is owned by or used by Fayvel Technologies with appropriate rights.
You may view and use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit Hunar's protected content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Use gives you ownership of Hunar's trademarks, branding or other intellectual property.

Fayvel Technologies is the business name currently used to operate and develop Hunar. Fayvel Technologies is not represented on this website as a currently incorporated private limited company or other registered corporate entity.
