This Privacy Policy explains how Fayvel Technologies handles personal information collected through the Hunar pre-launch website and waitlist.
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the current Hunar pre-launch website and the Hunar waitlist operated by Fayvel Technologies.
Hunar is currently being developed as a social marketplace for independent brands, makers, artists and creative businesses. The full Hunar product and marketplace are not yet available through this website.
This policy therefore describes the information handling associated with the current pre-launch website and waitlist. If Hunar later introduces accounts, marketplace transactions, seller tools, payments, messaging, reviews or other features, this policy may be updated before or when those features become available.
Information we collect
At the current pre-launch stage, the primary personal information we intentionally collect through the Hunar website is your email address when you choose to join the waitlist.
We use your email address because it is necessary to maintain your place on the waitlist and to contact you about Hunar.
You do not need to provide your name, phone number, postal address or payment information to join the current Hunar waitlist.
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
Why we collect your email
Your email address may be used for the following purposes:
- To add and maintain your registration on the Hunar waitlist.
- To contact you about Hunar's launch and availability.
- To send relevant Hunar product or launch updates.

Hunar currently uses Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Firestore, to store and manage waitlist information.

We may use other technology or infrastructure providers as reasonably necessary to operate the website and waitlist. Where those providers process personal information on our behalf, we expect them to process that information only for the relevant service and in accordance with applicable requirements.
How long we keep information
We intend to retain waitlist information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the Hunar pre-launch process, communicate with people who have joined the waitlist, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
If you no longer want to remain on the Hunar waitlist, you can contact us at info@withhunar.com and request that your waitlist information be removed, subject to any information we may be required or permitted to retain under applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to join the Hunar waitlist and therefore not provide your email address.

Children

As Hunar develops, the information we process and the ways in which the service operates may change.

If Hunar launches additional functionality such as user accounts, seller accounts, payments or marketplace transactions, we may publish additional privacy information or replace this pre-launch policy with a more comprehensive version.
